You're Used, I Like That

You're Used, I Like That

A Poem by K. Carver
"

What she wants is what she knows she cant have.

"

I stare into this mirror

as i think thoughts of you

Im holding back tears

at the thought of something new

i like the antiqued

the old

the rough around the edges

but sometimes we need a little push

to get us what we fetish

its not always what we need

but more of what we want

to give ourselves the love

thats others so truly flaunt

so as i stand here in front of this mirror

making sense of what i need

everything that comes to mind

is you that i want so badly

About
Yes. Well. Not much to tell, so not much to read. I write poems, mostly. I'm breathing with life. I don't believe that I'm quite successful at either. I do ask one request of anyone who may read this:.. more..
