our love is like magic

to stars in the sky

you carry my heart

and i dont know why

 

i gave it to you

i told you to keep it

so you put it in your pocket

to keep it a secret

 

but then you forgot about it

and your blood stained red

you've kept it so long

it begins to feel like lead

 

youve kept it so long

you dont know what to do

so you give it back to me

and tell me your through

 

so i take it from you

and i begin to mend

until my heart is satisfied

that this isnt the end
