Thank You, Mum

Flowers are red, The sky is blue,
A few are great, you are too...

You live to teach,
The wisdom of the wise, you preach,
You make our life sweet,
Teach us to stand on our feet.....

You are greatest indeed,
And have always done a noble deed,
You make us joyous food,
That lightens our mood.....

You always kiss us goodnight,
And show us how, the bosses to fight,
You make us an honest knight,
Who gives brave ideas, in this world of might....

You have always given us hope,
Helped us to cope,
You are greater than Pope,
None will ever say nope.....

You make us feel free,
And help us live a life of glee,
You make us clever,
And shall love us forever....
