    had to go ~

But when we saw you, we really

    did know ~

You had been waiting so patient

    and quiet ~

 

Such a sweet little puppy

    all fuzzy and white;

A small ball of fur ~

    it was love at first sight.

 

As you have grown ~

    and become a big boy,

You play with your toys and bring

    us such joy!

 

Some might think that we're in control,

but you are the Master ~

    of this household.
