This is about a family member walking out of the poets life

Droplets like rain

Tears stain my face

The worlds on fast forward

But I am still in place

You came to my aid and helped me stay

Even though I don't understand

An anchor in the storm

A clear path through this hell?

For years I have known

Still you smile and say take my hand child

Saying goodbye leaves me in tears

Staining my eyes

My hearts ripped in two

You standing there alone

Letting me walk away

When it all comes to an end

You'll still be in the same spot

Life's like a sky

Clouds drift by

But the sun chooses to stay

Because your always going to light the way
