sinner oh sinners

oh where will we go

some say we wont see

where the clouds meet the snow

this journey it will take us

around this barren land

but in the end

we will stand hand in hand

so settle your heart

and lay by mine

we will wrestle this madness 

until we shine

the beginnings about to fade

but the ends about to start 

the perfections in this world 

are sifted thru the heart

no matter what we have done

no matter what we have seen

the devil in us all

will finally be released

Your third stanza is my favorite. "So settle your heart/and lay by mine/we will wrestle this madness/until we shine" very very powerful lines there... I love this poem... then again I am a very dark writer myself..
