A Poem For The Poets From My Heart

I've seen laughter

I've seen pain

I've seen life and death

The same

I've seen the sun

I've felt the rain

Inside of me

They stay

Together on

The same blank page 

Forever as the way

That we do not choose the day

Of when we feel

Or when we lose

Or what we see

But we do

Hold the pen

To write it out

With every stroke

We shout!
