Revolving doors

Revolving doors

A Poem by oursong2

Say it today

Say it no more

I'm walking out

Walking out that door

I've seen the devil

I have seen all his sins

They lived in my body

In me they lived

Finding a home

Finding a place

Where they could smolder

Just to erase

All i've become

All i have built

Once standing straight

Now i tilt

Just hold on one second

Just one you'll wait

To hear the outcome

To hear my fate

One lonely evening

I stared at the sky

I crossed all my blessings

To you i cried

I have fought

I have battled

To get where i am

My blood my tears

Are soaked in the land

For the land is me

And i am the land

As long as this heart is beating

The straighter i stand
