Introspection

Introspection

A Poem by Hunnewell Weiss
"

Time sullies the mind.

"

I searched into my memories

And found grey tinted shades.

A grey tinted lemon haze within the amplitude of shades.

Men look into mirrors -- of myriads of rays.

The men bound by reflections -- all they do is gaze.

They stand, and search for antiquated days.

There, they found the child,

The truest of them all.

There, they stare -- and fall.
