Like A Cat

You are like a cat, my dear,
You vanish as quick as light.
But if I put a leash on you,
You shall never be out of sight.

Yet if I put a leash on you,
You will never be free.
You won't be able to roam the earth,
Sailing the great blue seas.

So what if I put a bell on you,
You can travel anywhere.
And all I have to ever do,
Is listen for the bell, is that fair.

Just made it up in my head like..., 10 seconds ago.
At least it's something! I finally got out of my Writers Block (I think!).

I loved it. Its a really adorable piece. :) It reminded me of my dog Angel. She was extremely sneaky to the point of it scaring us so we put a bell on her neck to hear her coming.

She held the bell in her mouth when she walked around. >_<
