AN OASIS WOMAN'S LOVE

AN OASIS WOMAN'S LOVE

A Poem by R J Askew
"

Five verses of six, seven-syllable lines, embracing a manage a trois. Fiction. to amuse a friend who is enjoying life right now.

"

1.

Thundrin' to my o-a-sis,
Wo-man, wo-man, o-a-sis.

Long of leg and blond of hair,
Happy in her tranquil lair.

Poet man swims up and down,
He's the king without a crown.

  2.

Thundrin' down my autobahn,
Busy, busy, busy man.

Long of leg and deep of calm,
Settled in her lovin' charm.

Poet man in rhyming mud,
Licks her lips and does her good.

3.

Thudrin' down my valley Rhine,
Drawn to her Frankfurt-on-Mine.

Long of leg and lovin' balm,
Peaceful in her stroking palm.

Poet man dreams up a verse,
Slips it in her soul's deep purse.

  4.

Thundrin' through my desert life,
Chained to head of loveless wife.

Long of leg and tango arm,
Soulful in her lovin' psalm.

Poet man is always there,
With the flair to comb her hair.

 5.

Thundrin' to my o-a-sis,
Wo-man, wo-man, o-a-sis.

Long of leg and blond of hair,
Happy in her tranquil lair.

Poet man swims up and down,
He's the king who now must drown.

CURIOUS GARDENING MAN EXPLORES

Slips behind the smile
A poem lands upon his nose
He blinks in disbelief
A second flits behind his eyes
Oasis Woman's calmness fills the air
He inhales her poetry
Lungs big
Hungry lungs
Sucking her in
All, in, filling
Full filling her gardening man
Haertbeat, poem, heartbeat, poem
'Gaze into my tree' she wills
Wills him to see his way into her
To see her love curled up
She smiles as he sees it
Stretches to stroke
Strokes her love
Until she moans
Moans, moans
As he falls lips to love
Moaning love moans, moans, moans the more

Liam Gallagher meets Kraftwork. Bizarre beginning? Ha ha ha! Was only mentioning this poetry style to Deni last night so I guess you were listening in.......which is a lot safer than listening to Nats and I! and you mention the Tango man. What ever happened to him?
I think Lara would have really appreciated this. Is a shame she can't be here to witness the words.
'tis nicely done sir.

Well done - great work on this one - the layout is fabulous as is the description and imagery. Nicely done. The end surprised me a bit but that is a good thing. Thank you.
Light,

This piece is perplexing. At least to me...

I like the format. I must read it again though, to grasp it in it's entirety.

Manage a Trois... oh my...lol
