On the last road

On the last road

A Poem by Dean

Misleading and confusing conversations,

The job of one of us is never a sweet, sour-less treat.

Fallacious misunderstandings,

The well hidden truth behind the scarlet curtains is safe.

When deceiving dreams cover your eyes and blind you quietly,

A well-known identity is universally spread.

Unknown creatures that linger in the darkness of the stars,

The miscellaneous answers hide behind pale lips.

The time is now and the place is right here,

Carved in the stone of the cathedrals that collapsed centuries ago.

We believe in a collective unconscious that deceives…

Take my hand and follow me to the end.

Now that was amazing! The image was so bright, as I saw the devils of our past, take the hands of the now and lead us into hell.

Then again, I also saw that a concept in this, of how life can be decieving and the only truth shines after one is dead and burried.

Another really wonderful poem.
