Finding Yourself Again

Sometimes this world

is a heavy place

and you have to

step away

and hide

for awhile.

As you can

no longer

deal and handle

the stresses

and anxieties

that it caused you.

You end up escaping

into a quiet zone.

Away from the hustle

and bustle of life.

Trying to find

your inner peace

and self again.

Away from the

maddening crowds.

Once you have found

your inner self again.

You step cautiously

out into the world again.

With that smile and enthusiasm

for living life fully again.
