Men.

Men are like little boys.

No matter their age.

They love their toys.

Whether it be

musical instruments,

computer related games,

gaming consoles,

and electronic equipment.

Like surround sound systems,

fancy plasma televisions or projectors

To even their mobile phones.

That can do this and that

and the next thing.

I sometimes think most men.

Want their girlfriend to be like

their mothers.

Cooking. clean and look after them

24/7.

A man is always right. No matter

what.

And a woman logic is terrible in

their eyes.

I must admit. I do love to see

a man push a baby in a pram

and playing with his children.

That always makes me smile.

I also must admit. Men are

better cooks than me any day.

I hate cooking.

Good Bless Men one and all.

This world would be lost forever

if they just didn't exist.

Okay, you can turkey baste away.

But you need the sperm.

A man is a man for all that.

Strong, the head of the household,

hard worker and dependable

and loving and loyal

and a soul mate

to name a few things

about the better half.

i don’t understand why the ladies put up with us lol we fight we drink we stink we’re messy we have to many tools and even more unfinished projects. We are by far not the fairer sex in most everything & we die earlier! You girls have it made if I was a woman I would go to a sperm bank if I wanted children and stay with my own kind! Well I for one love men they are strong, determined, decent, straightforward and honest and open, not complicated like women in general. Care about their families and loved ones. Work hard, provide and look after you in sickness and in good times. Make you laugh, good company and without their flaws they are but only human like the rest of us women on earth. No one is perfect and never will be. God bless men. We really would be lost without them on earth.

I really appreciated your man essay and found myself feeling good about your words. Guys are fascinating and different in so many ways. In general males and females really do function from a totally different center of gravity. Whereas a gal will be many focused to where it can be exhausting a guy just has a more central way of looking on things. I could share other things but....we'll be at this way to long. Ha ha.

well....when is a poem not a poem? ;} yeah! men stink! i like women far more :))))))))))))))))))))))) except a guy can be silent more easily in the presence of another guy ... we just don't care about flying boogies of the mind that keeps tongues wagging ;) and men can wander around a hardware store just breathing in the smells of small engine equipment, oil wrenches and things and know that the other guys wandering around are having the same experience .. our form of window shopping i guess :) from one man to a woman, Dawn... thank you for your closing appreciations ... we really are pretty needy at heart and you have made this man .. feel kinda good this morning

LOL Stella, you do make me smile and laugh. Men come in all shapes and sizes and characters and personalities just like us dear woman. Don't get me wrong. They are sometimes like little boys, in tempers, moods and tantrums when they don't get their own way. But they make me smile and laugh, and i for one would be lost without my man soppy but true. thank you Dawn, neighbourhood cats a nuisance at the moment sitting on and under the fence where the sparrows are nesting... but they are keeping the bigger birds away so that is something...

Aw, I saw a fox in our garden yesterday, and we on the edge of a large city. Am sure he was still molting from his winter coat to his summer one. He looked fit and health so that was nice to see.

Can you imagine it Stella, my local cats of 4 or 5 normally every day wait for me for breakfast, lunch and dinner than an adult fox on top. LOL that be quite a picture.
