Be free for you.. No more a prisoner.

Be free for you.. No more a prisoner.

A Story by Onlyme

The harsh brash exterior of someone
could be hiding a lot of pain,
hurt and sorrow.

That had been caused
by others, so many years before.

But still lingers on
inside their mind, heart and soul.
Even to this very day.

The laughter and the joking are a covering up
for the sorrow, they feel deep inside.

The overindulging in alcoholic drinking
and smoking is to numb and to stop
them thinking and feeling in unison.

Emotional pain and physical abuse and
dealing with it, in so many ways from overuse
of the gym equipment.

To even using cheap sexual encounters and
getting into arguments and fights
with complete strangers
to just getting your bad emotions out.

It does not solve anything just causes you more
upset and strive. Long run you have to face your
demons and work them out via therapy and support
and good true friendship from others who do care
and understand and can relate.

Also, writing your emotions down in poetry or in
a diary.  Can help you get those negative emotions out
your system too.

Long run the only person you are really hurting now
is yourself. As you are that unhappy. Others do care
and do understand and do relate to your emotions
and upsets. Seek help before it's too late.
For YOU.

Really you are worth it. Honest.

Don't let anyone keep you a prisoner.
No more.
Be free for you Now.

Loved this, piece, Dawn, the hardest part of addictions of any kind, are the repetative cycles, the cyclic amp, like a ring full of snakes each eating their neighbours tale, one demon feeding, whilst another feeds on you
