The writer writes

to cleanse their heart,

mind and soul.

To lift the spirit

to a new level

of awareness.

To reach into

the dark corners

were the cobwebs

are and no one else

dares ever look.

To seek out the truth.

And to express

themselves and

push the boundaries

forwards towards

unchartered areas.

Creativity is good

for your psyche

and character builds

as well as

Developing skills

you never knew

 you had in you

as well.

Great for the imagination

communication and language,

vocabulary skills.

Good for building confidence,

understand yourself more to

name a few reasons to be

creative in writing.

Writing, for me, is a release, a life support of sorts and an overwhelming passion. It fills the lull in an afternoon, and is a welcomed companion to my cups of coffee. I agree with Jacob... "because we have to".
