Demons never go away properly. Without Proper support & understanding & Help Longterm.

To reminisce on the past or events

are not always useful or helpful or

good for you.

Particularly if they were bad times

and memories you experienced.

Sometimes it's best to leave the past

in the past. And move on.

But it's not always easy to do and say.

Everyone is different regards to dealing

with trauma and upset.

Some people can just put it into a

"mental steel box" and it's gone for good.

And never plagues them again in their current life.

For others souls. It affects them in their

weakest moments across their lifetime.

Or when under stress or tired.

It haunts them over and over again.

Like a bad record and video playing on.

Inside their hearts, minds and souls.

Torturing them daily.

So they turn towards another vice to hide

the hurt and pain all over again.

This time maybe alcohol and or prescription

drugs on even illegal ones. Even using

casual sex or gambling to mask this emotional

wound.

But instead of aiding it causes them more undue

harm and suffering long term.

They have to open up and face their demons that

are dwelling in their heart and soul. And seek help

and support from people who really understand and

can help and aid them to recover and overcome

this infliction and suffering Longterm.

Speak out. Seek Proper Help

& Support. From someone

who would really understand how you feel now.

You are far from alone.

Someone else feels exactly as you do.

And as a dear friend said to me.

Self-forgiveness goes a long way.

And that is very true.

If you can do that.

You have overcome a whole lot.

i would bet that half of the population feels these emotions.
you gave the cure that many follow,but i think happiness comes with forgiveness ,and forgive your self
