Journal... Hearing God Speak... To me again. Ahmen To That.

I have learnt so much.

That when you close yourself off

and shut yourself down from everything and

everyone.

So much

can go

badly

wrong for you.

And the loneliness,

can build up and break you.

As well as suffering

a broken soul and spirit.

That does not help you too.

As you turn on yourself

from the inside

your very own

heart and mind.

and heart.

The overwhelming sadness

just floods you

and feel you beyond belief

feel as though you are actually

drowning from within out.

And running on emptiness.

So inconsolable and broken

in every single way.

It feels to you.

Unable to heal and feel

valued or loved

or even a little cared for

by anyone.

And more so by yourself

as you begin to turn on you.

And close you down completely

for real. Numb, dejected,

desperate and isolated as well

as scared.

Then you ask God for help.

And he hears you.

As you have let him inside again.

To heal you and aid you.

As you really listen to him

talk to you and guides you

 in the right direction again for good.
