Different Classes But a Wonderful Union.

Different Classes But a Wonderful Union.

A Poem by Onlyme

He is stern, posh and clever,
she is sweet, down to earth
and endearing.

They seem to tick-a-long nicely
together in their happy union of
a love nest.

Never a bad spoken word between them.
He is from An upper class
family with good etiquette.

She is from a work class family.

They both meet when she was working
in Harrods in London.

When he always into buy a new briefcase.
And he was smitted. So he frequented until
he plucked up the courage to ask her out
on a date.

They are married near on 10 years now.
Two children and happy and settled with
their lot.

So never judge a book by the cover.
You would be surprised where love springs up.

Love has its' own way of finding us. Class won't stand in its' way, the door to the heart will open to it. Even when we don't wish to have it find us, if it was meant to be it will happen.

With regard to this you might enjoy my short story, posted here, "The Picture."
