The Gym.

At the gym, the typical posers are on the treadmill thinking

they are at the catwalk in New York City putting on a show.

Everything tight around their a*s and tit area. Let alone on the show for everyone to see and watch them

. They are hoping for.

As well some big guys built like Arnie Schwarzenegger

doing some weights,  in another section of the gym.

And your think. Wow. That is an incredible lift they just

did then. Well impressed. As you see him do it.

The odd overweight person. Try their best to

blend in and to just participate.  By doing some

gentle exercises to help them lose some weight.

To which I do admire. As they are just being honest with themselves.

And trying so hard.

The lean skinny person is doing some push-ups to slowly building up some strength.

They also have a running track around the outside of this indoor gym. And all

types of body shapes are running and jogging around this.

From old to young to in-between ages.

In a side room. Their is a yoga class doing their thing.

And in another room a boxing exercise class having a blast.

Always something going on. In and around this place.

everyone fits in to the little pegs and peg holes. we just have to keep squeezing and pushing ourselves in to fit. don't try to be like everyone else, make your own peg hole size fit into it and be happy.
don't try to fit into theirs. I know I cant lol

Do you know that is sad, because at end of the day. Everyone is there for whatever reason. And no one should make you feel not wanted or you don't fit in. Do what pleases you not others.

I haven't been to a gym I have a few exercise stuff here in my house collecting dust which im now dusting off lol I aim to get fit slowly

it's not about weight.. it's not about lifestype.. it's just so hard to adjust if you have the a bit different. This is not right, humans are special because they are different, so why ruining who we really are trying to fit in?

yes the world is made up of several thousand millions of different sizes and different beliefs and different values and different size bodies. if we were all skinny how weird we would all look lol like that movie about the houses that looked the same I cant think of its title
