She wore a rose in her hair

Her long blond hair flowing

freely in the light breeze.

Her complexion light and fair

on her beautiful face

and that cute button nose.

With those gorgeous blue eyes.

And her amazing sweet lips

setting this perfect image of her

before me.

I adored her like no other.

I held her left hand and got down

on one knee.

And asked her would she marry me.

She said smiled and said yes.

And I stood up and picked her up and spun her

around. With such glee.

I kissed her passionately on her lips.
