The bridge of Love

Compassion and love

can save a life.

Kindness can give joy

when all hope is lost.

Simple acts

can mean so much.

To the lost souls

who need it the most.

For instance.

There is a motorway

bridge near where I live.

That is decorated with

messages

brightly coloured

with ribbons.

So you notice them.

Telling people

they are loved,

understood and to

reassure them.

Not to the final act

and kill themselves

by jumping from

this bridge.

It has a number

from them to call

anytime.

To talk to someone

who really cares.

And will aid them

with support and help.

Small acts like this really

mean so much.

To some human who

needs philanthropy

and affection.

At the worse moment of their life.

A kind word or even a smile can mean so much when you are down
