How to get Golden Moments.. tipsA Poem by OnlymeMoments of peace and tranquillity are not always easy to achieve or get or even feel. When your days are filled with no stop action, activity and work, drama and kids or whatever fills your busy days. But every human being needs those moments of calm and peace. To refuel themselves and make them feel better in general. Believe me. I do know what it is like to feel stressed, anxiety, irritated and angry or mad. And never a moment to myself. In those times. I can not get away. I try to block my inner mind. And the noise outside. In a safe place to do it of course. On the toilet. Sitting in a chair, having a nice bath. Wherever you can get comfortable. And not be doing anything else. Relax. Calm, breath in and out steady. And slowly. and let everything slow down......repeat this a few times. with your breathing in and out slowly... And think of something nice inside your mind's eye. And picture it. And set that as your goal. And your breaking slows down. And you are relaxed .... and you have this image in your mind and you there. I know it's Not always easy to do. It does take practise and time. But it does help you. Relax you. Calm you down. And chill you for those golden moments. Helping you deal with those stress-filled moments ahead of you or that you are dealing with already. Also, listen to music in a comfortable chair or laying on a sofa can help you chill out and relax. And distract your thoughts and anxiety. Let alone reading a book or watching a good television show. Going for a jog, run, swim. Whenever you can. To help you feel less tension and anxiety or stress. Going to the gym to work out. As well as writing your thoughts and feelings down as I do in a poem or story. These help release your woes. As sometimes also. Going for a quiet drive with the music playing. Or even going for a nap for a few hours can help you feel better.
