Banging Head Against The Wall of Hardknocks.

Swimming against the tide

Battle  constantly against the odds

Never ending upsets and woes.

Banging head against the brick wall

of hardknockscalled life.

Feel exhausted and stressed to the max.

Needing a break as he does.

Please gives us a needed rest.

And some good news for a change.

Instead of another nail in a coffin.

I speak about upbeat things at times.

But the reality is. I really am finding it hard

to believe myself in what I say at times of

late.

And that to myself is really hitting rock bottom

.

Please God if you are real. Help us both.

See the light. And heal our hearts, minds

and more so souls. And give us some hope

and happiness instead of suffering and

heartache.

That is all I ask.

Most properly get a kick in the teeth...

for asking to much now...

Oh well. Such is our s****y lifes

Dear Dawn, all lives are filled with sorrows and complications... some more so than others. Iam sorry you have been dealing with a really tough situation for a long while and at times feeling suffocated and find difficult to keep positive ... when you feel there is nothing more you can say to cheer up the situation, just holding hand or gentle touch conveys the love and concern you have for that person. sweet Dawn, I can only send love and prayers for you .

Hey, I can't say I fully understand what you are going through because I am not you. However, problems, I have lots. Prayers, made a lot. Were they answered by God....not sure most of the time. I keep on telling myself to be patient. Soon...soon ..God will answer me back. This endless waiting game is a killer. I want to lash out because I see the eye sore and thorn still sticking around instead of being punished like they deserve. Nevertheless, there are little things happening that gives me hope. At least my two aunts whom are cancer patient had something good happen. One found a chemo medication that is finally working. The other's condition improved enough she can finally get surgery. Both weren't what I wanted most, but still blessing nonetheless. If you focus on only what you asked for, you will miss the small miracles happening around, thinking God had forsaken you. Look around you.....there are always good things to be found. Let us be strong and fight against tides of our life

Oh, Dawn, no! My heart hurts for you. I know that sometimes it feels as though God is ignoring our petitions, but that will never happen! If you desire to come to Him and ask Him to heal your heart, He will. Of that, I have no doubt--the utmost faith--and have not been disappointed.
I asked Him last night, with tears, to help me deal with a situation right here in the Cafe, and He has helped me feel better. I was so upset I was crying, and in the night, a peace came over my heart and I was ready to go on.
Only believe--no doubt allowed, my dear-- and whatever is best for you will be given to you.
It will never be a kick in the teeth.
Keep in mind that if we ask for something not in our best interest, His answer might be 'no'.
And it may not be 'instant', even if He DOES say, 'yes'.
If you ask Him into your heart, the rewards will be great.
Only wait, trust, and believe.
I wish I could give you a hug.
I am giving you one in my heart; can you feel me?

Dawn - we all have sorrows and woes to contend with. Compared to yours mine are of little consequence, therefore I ache for you. I'm sure like many others I wish I could relieve you of much of your heartache. Time and distance make that just about impossible. All I can offer to you are my heartfelt prayers. May God bless you.
