Veronica.

He was a man of 30

worked in a nice office by day.

Been there over 10 years and loved

his job.

Suit and tie smartly dressed

and everyone loved him.

But by night he changed to

Veronica.

He lived alone with only his

pet cat called Charlie.

It was only over the last couple

of years. That Veronica started to

show fully more.

He had the odd blond wig and

bits of makeup and ladies clothing.

That was smart and casual.

And nice shoes to match.

When Veronica he felt more content.

And in harmony with

herself. And less stressed and free.

When he was Bill at work.

He did his job. Professionally

and without fuss.

But felt robotic and not real.

At  home, he was who he really

wanted to be.

And if that is what made him happy then so be it- hopefully he’d reveal this true self completely sooner than later must be sterrible place to be stuck living two differently lives- interesting write- self acceptance is important🌹

I just thought this had to be expressed. As not heard many if not at all. About this subject. And I do agree. We all deserve to be happy in this world. And to feel you can't be true to yourselfs no matter what is upsetting. So many Veronicas in this world.
