Not everyone is lucky to have family or great friends

But what is heartbreaking to me.

Is some people die alone.

No one to care for them

or even love them.

Let alone to be their

when they leave this earth.

No matter what age they are

Young, old or middle-aged.

What I find upsetting is seeing

the odd people in the cancer hospital

all alone. No one to support them

or care about them. Let alone to talk

with in general.

And others come in groups and take up

all the chairs. That is lovely and wonderful

those people have great support and love.

But what about the other people. Who have

no one.

In such a traumatic time in their own

life. They are so very much alone and lonely.
