Rollercoaster....

Life is painful and sad at times.

And other times it can be beautiful

and so uplifting as well as amazing.

It seems to come in cycles of moments.

When you get the "golden moments"

I call them.

They are heavenly bliss filled.

Like rays of lightweight gold pieces

drifting down from

heaven and touching my skin.

And the dark times.

Are heavy, dramatic and stress-filled.

To where you feel you just can not

cope no more.

Life is actually like a roller coast ride.

You have to stay on the ride. To get

to the up and coming good part.

And when it comes around you

appreciate it tenfold.

And when the darkness returns.

Meaning the rubbish part.

You think of the good times

ahead arriving real soon.

And that gives you hope

and faith to carry on...
