Tell Darkness To F**k Off!...Kick it's a*s into Touch...I know it's not easy..But can be Done!

The darkness is a really scary place

it consumes you whole and leaves

not a bit of light at all sometimes

when he visits you and stays.

When his dark rage and power

swoops you up. And holds you

against your will.

You feel powerless to fight back.

Yet,  even to want to go against him.

You accept your fate with open arms.

And he feels gleeful. And the winner and wrings

his warped ego at you as your  his victim

and loser.

He feels he has won.

But you can fight this darkness.

Bit by bit. With courage and attitude and

a determination to tell him to go "f**k himself"

And little by little you grow stronger and get

more courage and self-worth and value and more

so-called love for YOU.

And the darkness... starts to dwindle and lose power

over you and a hold. And you go stronger and more

confident and guess what...... happier as a human being

and for you more so.

I am not saying this is easy. It's far from it.

But it more than worth the fight. To be happy and You.

Who you where meant to be.

Honest from one who knows herself what the darkness

is really like. Been their and at times. He visits me still

but I tell him to f**k off.

And fight for another day ahead.

Battles with darkness are never easy.. but truly worth the

glory in the end. honest. Dawn.

Rather than to give up and just accept your fate in darkness.

Face the little s**t and tell him to bugger off!
