Happy Or Pretending?

Are we actually ever happy with our lot

in life.

Or do we just pretend we are?

To make others happy around us.

Accepting a job and working a job

we dislike so much.

Studying a course. We actually hate?

I often wonder how many of us in

life is actually doing what we love

and truly enjoy in life?

And are we in a relationship we are

not happy with anymore.

Just for the sake of the kids

and the house?

The million dollar question indeed. A lot of people are in a job. relationship, situation, place etc...they hate and despise. A lot of them have bills to pay so they swallow the bullet so to speak. I say if you can change jobs or etc in a subtle and better way, go ahead for joy and happiness are needed feelings to give us trueness and authenticity to ourselves and others.

this is so true such a thought provoking piece of writing.
makes the reader stop and think hey /what am I really doing with my life
