Self-Pity can kill you..

I have been wallowing in self-pity of late

and been thinking to myself.

This is doing me no good at all!.

"I need to kick me in the butt.

Mentally".

"Let alone change my own mind and

headset".

And get motivated

and to

not dwell on the bad stuff

all the time.

Like I have done.

But to remind me

IT IS NOT TO LATE

TO CHANGE AND MOVE FORWARD.

LITTLE BY LITTLE.

EACH AND EVERY DAY.

OKAY BAD DAYS WILL HAPPEN

AS IT DOES WITH EVERYONE.

But to accept them.

And remember a new day is ahead

a good night sleep.

And start again.

Hopefully refreshed.

And If that fails.

Try again

The next day and so on...

Ps, I do know this is far from

easy. Look at my life.

I am fucked up big time.

But we must try always.

If I can do it. So can you!
