Reality.....Is Harsh & Cruel

She sat in a wheelchair

with her teddy bear

in her hands.

And a bright smile on

her face.

She had no hair

and such a beautiful face.

A little angel.

My heart broke

upon seeing her

in this hospital.

The place was busy

in the Radiotherapy

department.

Everyone coming and

going. Most adults of

course from late 20 to

80 years of age.

And then suddenly this

little soul. Is wheeled

past with her mother

behind her.

Yes, you guess correct

she has cancer.

And getting both

Radiotherapy and

Chemo. That why no

hair.

I pray to God or

oh whoever runs the

show of life.

To heal this little soul

and give her a happy

long life.

This life is cruel. I tell

you.

Be grateful for what

you do have. As you

never know when it'

taken from you.

No matter who.
