Someone always Understands & Relates.... Reach out now...

Someone always Understands & Relates.... Reach out now...

A Poem by Onlyme

It is strange how we can feel so alone
dejected, upset and depressed
and actually, think and believe
no one in this world could
understand or relate to how
we are feeling or your situation
or what is going on in your own
life.

As we dwell  or hide away
inside our home, pondering
thinking, feeling all this above
no one understands or cares or
gives a s**t about me.

Wherever you go when you
feel distraught and emotional
and like this.

When a fact is someone somewhere
in this vast world is actually feeling
the same way as you.

What you have to do is reach out
and express yourself and talk or
write your feelings down. Like I
do on here with my s**t.

Go to a support group
or advice centre
also Get help for whatever
it's that upsets you.

And someone will answer you
and talk to you. Who does care
about you. And make you feel
less alone. As they are in the
same situation as you.

So you help each other.  And
become close friends.

We all need each other simple
as that.

Reach out today.

I offer the words of Paul McCartney; the song, SOMEBODY WHO CARES,from his album TUG OF WAR...

When your body is coming apart at the seams
And the whole thing's feeling low
You're convincing yourself
That there's nobody there, I know
I know how you feel
Like somebody has taken the wheels off your car
When you had somewhere to go
Well, it's annoying
Not going to get very far, I know
But somebody cares
There's always someone, somewhere, you should know by now
Always somebody who cares
It's happening day in, day out
Well, you know by now
Always somebody who cares
And if you don't know it, how will it find you?
How will we know your whereabouts?
But I know how you feel
I know how you feel
Like somebody has taken the wheels off your car
When you had somewhere to go
Well, it's frustrating
Not going to get very far, I know;
But somebody cares.
