Traquility & Goodness

Sitting on top of a hill

looking over down over

the valley below

I inhale and exhale

and taste all the fragrances of

nature within my nostrils

from the moss and grass to the

wildflowers. And I see

river and hear it riping inside

my eardrums. As well as hearing

the bird's twitter and chip away.

I also see them fly past.

I hear an owl in the distance

Hooting in the woods.

It's a perfect day of sunshine

and calmness and beauty all around

me. As I bask in

the glory of heaven on earth.

I feel such peace and tranquillity

inside my heart, mind and soul.

I am so very lucky to be alive

at this very moment in time

enjoying Gods gifts.
