Coping Strategies......A Story by OnlymeI think sometimes people get angry and mad at others. When really they are angry and mad more so at themselves. For not being able to cope or handle a situation they are having to deal with at that present moment in time. So to help them deal with it better they rant and rave to help them in a strange way cope better with said situation at hand. It's like it helps alleviate the pressure they are under and to cope with it all more manageable in general. Sounds stupid but true. It seems to help them deal with it a bit better. Whereas to me. That would just stress me out. All the shouting and noise making. But I guess each to their own the way of dealing with things. Or crazy ways that help they grapple hard situation and dramas. None of us is perfect. For me a hard time. I would love silence and be on my own to think and contempt and write my feelings down. That helps me. Other people would unwind by getting drunk or smoking. To de-stress or even comfort eat. Those are negative ways. That long-term can make you ill or sick. Point is people find ways to in their own eyes. That helps them deal with their problems and troubles better. Someone might just cry their eyes out. And a good cry makes them feel better Or talking to a close friend or family member and getting advice from them. Might be all they needed.
