It is easy to say to someone

How are you?

but the reality is sometimes you

just don't want to hear

how much they hurt or are in pain

that sounds wicked and evil

to say that out loud.

But you are stuck between the

devil and the deep blue sea.

Swimming in deep waters also

Wishing someone would help

you float also.

Outwith them being the main

suffering in general.

He thinks you don't care you

think he does not care about you.

Around in circles, you go.

How this demonic illness takes

from you if you let it.

Cancer.
