Caring & loving costs Nothing.

It is strange how you feel. We are the only one who suffers or feels the only we feel and the emotions that go with the feelings. That haunt us and taunts our wakening presences. And yet sometimes. We are still plagued in our sleep with nightmares too. But really we are far from alone.

As someone,  somewhere in this vast world. Know exactly how you are feeling. As they themselves are suffering just like you.

In maybe not exactly the same situation or circumstances. But they are.

I guess that is why I like poetry. As it does help. Fight the demons. And helps lift the soul and spirit within. And hopefully lets others see they are far from alone in their own private suffering and battles. As not everyone has found their voice to speak out. Or have the courage yet. To share something private about themselves.

We all have a story about our life. And our struggles and our demons.

But we are all worthy of love, compassion and most of all understanding and friendship. 

And if someone in this world can help someone else. They should do. Simple as that.

As we all need each other. Blood-related or not.  That does not matter.

We simply need to look out for everyone. No matter what. In life. caring and loving cost nothing. And I do both.

True so true, we all have problems that are not as unique as we might think, sadness and pain are free and are handed out to kind people in abundance everyday. Very insightful poem, with an eye catching title.
