Can not sleep getting annoyed yet again Insomnia kicks in. Frustrated feel like crying thinking everyone else is asleep why can't I sleep? The vicious circle of lack of sleep. Oh how some people take this simple act of being able to sleep at night. And others are basically driven mad by being unable to sleep at all. How unfair is that? some tips. 1. Stick to a sleep schedule. As it regulates your body clock and helps you fall asleep. 2. Avoid cat naps in the afternoon. As you will not sleep at night. 3. Do some exercise during the day. Going for a walk. Taking the dog for a walk. Helps you fall asleep later on at night. Don't go overboard to where you never want to sleep. As exercising too much. 4. Make sure you have a comfortable mattress and pillow and room is dark and nicely ventilated to where you are comfortable body wise and temperature wise to help you sleep. 5. Relax and try to chill out before bed. With a nice shower or a warm bath. And stop playing with your pc or mobile phone up until you try to sleep. As that will just keep you awake longer. 6. You can get some relaxation apps. That help you fall asleep. Or listening to relaxing music as you try to drift off. Help as well.
