You can suffer from it for many a reason How to combat these negative emotions Look after yourself better be kind to YOU. Do things, that make you smile or you enjoy doing. That is good for you. Not bad. Like reading a book, watch a movie or a good tv show you enjoy. Going for a jog, to the gym. Boxing class to get the aggression out. Write your feelings down on paper and get them out. Or like me write a poem. Go for a nice relaxing bath to chill. Meet some friends and have a laugh. Get out and about. Learn to manage your time better. Do a to-do list and organize your time better. From important first to least needed to be done last. Eat better healthier foods. Do Breathing Exercises. If you're sitting, place your arms on the chair arms. If you’re sitting or standing, place both feet flat on the ground. Whatever position you're in, place your feet roughly hip-width apart.
