Get back up.......

Everone at one point or another

always comes to

a time in life

when we are told

news we don't

want to know

or hear

like when a marriage

is over

or someone has

died

let alone a job

you failed to get you

really liked

or being told

you have a

bad illness

or even cancer

what Iam on

about is life

has no white

picket fences

to protect us

from bad things

and situations

and life in

general

I wish to god

that was not

the case

life is ruthless

hard and cruel

but we have to

roll with the

punches

and dust

ourselves down

and get back

up again

to fight

for another

day or else

what is

the point

in doing anything

at all.

we might as well

give up and stop!

Yes life is like that > Joy and sorrow
When sorrow hits us a nasty blow It is as the whole world is our enemy

It is at these times we should turn out thoughts to the good days
With friends -
at a celebration wedding or such
Holiday in a beautiful place
Don't give in to the despair however hard it seems
