Weathering the Storm....

Sometimes you have to go to be stronger

for someone who is broken

even if you are broken yourself

and just want to run away

from it all.

Like for example,

my man is not

exactly

having a great time

what with Cancer

and then his mother dying a

short time back.

So as you can imagine his

 the mood is far from perfect

up and down.

up and down

like a boat in choppy waters

A few times.

I have been on the verge

of leaving him

like yesterday for example

Ending up

I left 3 times.

Walked out of the house.

Thinking I would not return.

But did. Each time.

Home.

And 3rd time

I went to his brother's house.

And via his brothers help.

Today seemed better

and a bit more positive.

I guess what I am saying is.

Sometimes weathering the storm

is worth it.

Rather than just

jumping overboard.

Don't get me wrong

he is far from perfect

He is fucked up

like the rest of us humans

and myself

But working on

what you do have

even in bad times

I guess is worth it.

As anyone can just

walk out the door

and be gone for good...
