Finding A Little Peace & Help & Support For YOU...A Poem by OnlymeIf you suffer from depression and dark thoughts let alone anxiety It's a good idea to distract yourself and listen to music or do something you really enjoy even thou you don't feel like it you will find comfort in doing it From going from a walk swim, chat with friends whatever. But particularly music with your headphones on can give such relieve As then you can focus on the music better and really get into it more and more. Sometimes a sad song can get you feelings out and make you feel less numb inside And other times an uplifting song can actually make you smile and feel better for a short time just like poetry on here does for me. © 2018 OnlymeReviews
