Bad Emotions....

Frustration

anger

resentment

bitterness

sorrow

hurt

pain

rejected

loneliness

sadness

depression

anxiety

stress

the list goes on

We all feel these bad emotions

at times

But it's how we deal with them

to helping ourselves

is the key to it all

Keeping it locked deep inside

solves nothing

it just makes you

feel them more

and the build-up

of them all

makes you

sicker

You have to

get them out

deal with them

talk about them

and write your feelings down

share them with others

who feel the same.

And lesson the load

you are carrying

as it's not worth

the agony of

the sadness

and the sorrow

and pain

they

make you feel.

Get them out

from within

and care

by talking

about them

now

with someone

who cares

or else

in a poem

like this.
