At One With Nature.....

At One With Nature.....

A Poem by Onlyme

I want to feel the comfort of lightness
peace of tranquillity from lay on a
soft bedded down of duck feathers
that I had
found in the wildness

I would love to feel the freshness of
a crisp clear day on my skin

And the warmth of the sunshine
way up high above me.

As I cherish these moments of
paradise on earth

I strip naked and walk into the
clear blue waters of a river
and bask inside the beauty
of it all. Listening to the
water echo around my body

I will walk around a tulip field
from one end to the other
touching each flower gently as
I pass.
Caressing them
with my fingers so lightly.
And feeling
them each one
as I touch.

I would hear the chitter chatter
of nature the birds the bees
wild dear around me and overhead
and I would smile to myself
and feel at one and such peace.

Great feeling a crisp morning sun and a gentle warm breeze on your naked skin
Walking naked into a cold river to bath
then still naked inspecting the Tulip flowers

laying amongst them with the bees bussing round and perhaps a Blackbird rending his song (its the male that sing - this is my patch keep off)

You paint such a wonderf ul scene > I would love to join you

Lovely, it can bring so much when you are able to see inside the beauty of nature. We have a lot to learn from the native americans really. I love the part where you speak of the chattering of nature around you. It can be so encompassing when you hear nature as well as you see it. Well done

I got a great sense of cleansing Dee walking into the clear blue waters of that river. Some very uplifting thoughts in this poem. Good morning to you.

To be solely in nature, bare and honest with ones self is true purpose and happiness. Embracing your inner light and absorbing the essence and divinity of it all. "...bask inside the beauty of it all." I love it. You capture what I feel we all need in our lives but are too afraid to pursue. Thank you for sharing.

and after all this...the daydream would end and we would be back to reality...that sudden shock after such a tranquil departure....

Did something like this years ago in Norway. Was asked if I wanted to go for an early morning swim to wake myself up as that is what my pen friends did every morning...so about 7am knock on my bedroom door so I jump out of bed put my trunks on and wrap a towel around me....so myself and about 6 other people walk down to a fjord....They then whip their towels of to reveal that they are all naked...they urge me to take my towel off and here I am standing there in my budgie smugglers while they are all in the buff...needless to say i had to show some British spirit and take one for the team....One of the best moments in my life and what a way to wake up
