Silence is truly golden to me

I enjoy the peace,

quiet and the harmony

I bask inside it beauty

of heavenly bliss

I soak myself

from head to toe

and I feel its

comfort surround me

so

I meditate

and close my eyes

and drift off

into another realm

my body feels

weightless

and my spirit

and soul

is tranquil

This is my time

to heal

rejuvenate

and refresh

from all the woes

and worries

I have in everyday

life.

And helps me

cope

to make

another day

possible for me.

I long to find solace in the silence again.....now it just seems haunted.

You will on day. Listen to some relaxing music something you enjoy with your headphones on and in a quite place sometimes with the curtain drawn. And close your eyes and simply listen to the music. and drift off into the song or music whatever its you like. and do it often and it becomes a habit..maybe even 5 minutes each day. give it a go.
