Don't give In ....Determination & Defiances...

Gentle hands caress my soul

Holding my spirit up

and a soft comforting voice

speaks into my ear

and says to me

they really care

I want to cry

and never stop

And leave this world behind

But stubbornness

determination

within myself

and my guardian angel voice

keeps me going on

When I'm on the edge

and wanting to do

something daft

and leave this

godforsaken miserable world

behind.

I come to my senses and realize

I was so close.

So many times in my life.

Before

And because of those said times.

I speak about now

It keeps me going forward

not back.

As I suffered from those other times.

And these are reminders.

I overcame further on

and moving on again

I shall do once more

So remember in dark and hopeless times

There is an inner sense of self-love and

hope and simple determination to go on.

So do use it for you and for you alone.

Outwith your family and friends as well of course.

But more so because you are WORTH IT AND

DESERVE TO LIVE A HAPPY LIFE.

AND WITH TIME YOU WILL. ALIVE.

As no re-runs when dead remember that

yours gone for good no returns.

And I know it's far from easy.

And My heart and soul goes out

to the ones who sadly have passed

due to not being able to hold on no more..
