A Poem by Onlyme

I am me

nothing more nothing less

I speak from the heart

and passionate about what I feel.

I am far from perfect

and if anyone picks up anything

from my poems or writings

I hope its nothing bad.

As I aim only to help myself

cathartically and get my emotions

out for me. To heal. As I need it

for me. As, no-one else is helping

me. Just myself to be honest.

I have been so quiet for so many years

Shy, alone and reserved. I decided it was the time

for me to reach out and speak out for me.

So anyone who feels I have offended them

upset them or me. I am sorry you felt hurt.

As, that is not my intentions with anything

I do here.

Just healing for myself

my soul my heart and spirit and mind hopefully

nothing more nothing less...

So you understand where I am coming from

You are you and am me.

nothing at all wrong it that.

That is what makes the world spin around

we are all different.

I just need to do it before I pass and never

get the chance to speak for me freely again.

As I have always been told to listen and shut up

all my life put others before myself and their needs

before my very own always.

And I need to speak for me now. To help me.

This poem is you and just you Dee... no matter how many people love us and care bout us there's always somebody seen hurting us....keep that aside and start a day afresh with a biggg smile....
....tis your good soul that you are apologising for your unknown and unwilling mistakes....please always be you like you are....Hope you're good and fine...Love and hugs😊...((smile))
