Beautiful

Laying on the grass on a beautiful day

looking up into the clear blue sky

a light breeze gently caressing my body

and hair

and a smile flickers on my face

I close my eyes

and drift off into heavenly bliss

my mind switches off

and I enjoy this inner moment

of true contentment

and the simple beauty I feel

i am at one with nature

heaven and me
