I choose.... to be nice

and helpful and kind,

considerate,  thoughtful

and sweet.

I choose... to put others

before myself.

 To serve and aid

others.

I choose.... to open my heart,

my mind, my soul and spirit,

 so be free.

To express me

 To simply be me.

While I am here on earth.

 Before I pass

and go beyond

the grave.
