And what you said is so very true. We need to open up more and talk to each other. Not just in good times, but more so bad times. Sometimes, it helps to write it down and hand them a letter if you find it hard to speak to them and get it out. And hand it to them. And let them read it when they have the time. And come back to you later. And then sit down and talk. That way. They can share their emotions with you. Not just you telling them. Works both ways.
Its so hard to communicate sometimes when we are so lost in ourselves. Too many times relationships get to the point where we stop loving (verb) each other....we forget, we fear, we lose.
I enjoyed your writing though it made me sad as I can relate only too well.....T
Just talking helps so much..... I feel sometimes we all need is someone to speak... in this age when world is at our finger tips...we seem to be getting lost in our own world of darkness easily....
