Overloading Hyper Speed

My brain is constantly

thinking..... thinking...... thinking

I just can not switch it off!

My head hurts!

I want it to stop!

but it just keeps on

going.

Around and around

like a spin drier on

full overload hyper speed.

Oh god!!

Give me a break.

Please help me find

inner peace.

Zen-like state of

calm!

My demons are taking over

all the times. I can not deal.

with this shite anymore!

Switch it off

Please NOW!

Tell your muse to pack her bags and go off to Blackpool for a break and take them demons with her. I know how you feel. Sometimes during the night I wake up and there is so much rubbish going around in my head and I haven't got a clue where it comes from. It's totally unrelated to what's been on my mind during the day. It's like crossed wires at an old telephone exchange. Hope you get some peace Dee.

If only a mind could be switched off... The mind keeps going running through thoughts, scenarios and future and past things.. I know my mind doesn't shut down when I want it to either... Thanks for sharing

I know how it feels...this happens with me mostly when am at my maths and chemistry classes...I know if my teachers hears will be annoyed but it's true...these two just feel like eating my mind...my head hurts!!
Am happy that we both can understand this though helpless in switching it off...thanks for sharing this dear☺
